Withdrawal Policy
Last updated: 8 August 2026
This policy applies to consumers — that is, any natural person who enters into the contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
This is a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the German version prevails.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that the provision of services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
When the right of withdrawal expires early
This is the part most often misunderstood with digital products, which is why it is stated here explicitly and not in the small print.
Your right of withdrawal expires early if all three conditions are met (§ 356 (5) BGB for digital content, § 356 (4) BGB for digital services):
- You have expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires.
- You have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
- We have subsequently provided you with that confirmation on a durable medium (by e-mail).
We obtain this consent during the payment process. As long as you have not given it, your right of withdrawal remains fully intact — even if you have already downloaded the Expert Advisor.
We expressly refrain from excluding the right of withdrawal by way of a blanket clause. Such an exclusion would be invalid against consumers in any event.
Model withdrawal form
(If you wish to withdraw from the contract, complete this form and send it back. It is not obligatory — an informal e-mail is equally sufficient.)

Cancellation is not the same as withdrawal
Withdrawal unwinds the contract retroactively and applies only within the first fourteen days. Cancellation ends a running subscription for the future and is possible at any time.
How to cancel is described in the Terms and Conditions, section 5.
